If you are having issues with loading ads for unlocking Fast Pass episodes or other premium content, please try resetting your advertising ID.
Additionally, please make sure that you disable any VPN connections.
How to reset your advertising ID
For Android Users
- Open Settings on Your Device: Navigate to the settings menu on your Android device.
- Find Google Settings: Scroll down and look for the "Google" option. It's usually located under the "Accounts" or "Personal" section, depending on your device's manufacturer and Android version.
- Access Ads Settings: Within the Google settings, find and select the "Ads" option. This will take you to the advertising settings for your device.
- Reset Advertising ID: In the ads menu, you'll see an option to "Reset advertising ID." Tap on this, and then confirm that you want to reset your ID when prompted.
For iOS Users
- Open Settings on Your Device: Locate the settings app on your iOS device and open it.
- Navigate to Privacy Settings: Scroll down and select the "Privacy" option.
- Access Apple Advertising: In the Privacy menu, find and tap on "Apple Advertising."
- Reset Advertising Identifier: Within the Apple Advertising menu, you'll see an option to "Reset Advertising Identifier." Tap on this, and then confirm your choice to reset.
