Due to iOS policy changes starting with iOS 14, resetting the advertising ID is no longer available. However, you can try the following steps to ensure ad tracking is enabled:
- Go to your device's Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Ensure Allow Apps to Request to Track is toggled on.
- Check that tracking is allowed for the WEBTOON app.
If tracking is disabled, you may not see any ads.
We also recommend waiting a bit and trying again later, as ads may not always be immediately available.
2. Disable VPN Connections
VPN connections can interfere with ads. Make sure any VPNs are disabled.
3. Check Your Internet Connection
