I'm not receiving push notifications.

If you are not receiving push notifications, we would recommend checking ‘Notifications’ in ‘Settings’ to make sure push notifications are enabled.
If notifications are enabled, check your device’s push notification settings. If you have restricted app notifications in your device’s settings, the WEBTOON push notifications may not display correctly.
If you are still not receiving push notifications, please get in touch with our Community Support team so that we can investigate the issue further.
