- The Monthly Coin Premium Plan allows you to automatically top-up your Coins on a monthly-basis via your in-app purchase account.
- Once activated, the selected amount will be charged automatically on a recurring basis each month on the first day of your Monthly Coin Premium period.
- You can cancel your Monthly Coin Premium plan from automatically renewing at any time. You can also withdraw your cancellation before the cancellation is complete.
- Monthly Coin Premium plans are provided as Subscriptions on the App Store or Google Play, and are supported in the WEBTOON app only.
What are the benefits of "Monthly Coin Premium"?

- When you activate your Monthly Coin Premium, you will receive more Bonus Coins than you would from a one-time purchase.
- With the $49.99 Monthly Coin Premium plan, you will receive 40 more Coins the first month and 15 more Coins every following month than you would from a one-time purchase.
- With the $9.99 Monthly Coin Premium plan, you will receive 7 more Coins the first month and 2 more Coins every following month than you would from a one-time purchase.
- Please note that first purchase bonuses are subject to change without notice.
- Your Coin balance will renew automatically every month, saving you from the hassle of repurchasing every time you run low.
- When you activate your Monthly Coin Premium, you will receive more Bonus Coins than you would from a one-time purchase.
How can I purchase "Monthly Coin Premium"?
- Navigate to the Coin Shop on the WEBTOON app and select the 'Monthly Coin Premium' tab.
- Choose the Monthly Coin Premium plan you would like to activate. You can activate multiple plans.

You can check your current plans by going to 'My' > Three dots in the upper right hand corner > 'Settings' > Manage My Monthly Coin Premium page on the mobile app.

I didn't get the Bonus Coin for the first payment of the Monthly Coin Premium plan
You can review past Coin purchases by navigating to the "My Coins" page in the upper right corner of the 'My' tab. If you cannot find one in the history, please get in touch with our Community Support team.
Why does the Coin Shop say that I have extra Bonus Coins?
Please note that the Bonus Coins displayed next to your subscription indicate the total number of Bonus Coins you have received through your subscription so far.
For example, if you have subscribed for a total of 5 months and received 10 Bonus Coins per month, plus the initial payment bonus of 5 Coins, it will result in +55 Bonus Coins.
I'd like to cancel my Monthly Coin Premium.
If you want to stop automatic payment, please cancel your Monthly Refill from the 'Subscriptions' page on the App Store / Google Play or contact Apple Support /Android Help.
Where can I manage my Monthly Coin Premium plans?
You can check your current plan by going to the 'Manage My Monthly Refill' page under Settings.
Why isn't my Monthly Coin Premium plan showing up in my Subscriptions?
Please ensure that you're logged into the correct Google Play or Apple ID to ensure that you can further manage your subscription. If you're having trouble locating your subscription, please reach out to Apple Support/Android Help for additional assistance finding your Monthly Coin Premium plan.
Please refund the purchase of Monthly Coin Premium.
To cancel your plan and receive a refund, please refer to your in-app purchase account operator’s policy. Please note that you may not be able to refund according to each store policy.
Payments made will be refunded if requested within 30 days of payment, provided that none of the received Coins from that Monthly Refill period were used. No partial refunds will be made. All requests for refunds should be directed to your in-app purchase account operator (i.e., Apple or Google, as applicable).
Can I use coins purchased through the Monthly Coin Premium Plan on Google Play on iOS device, and vice versa?
No. Coins purchased through the Monthly Coin Premium plan on Google Play cannot be used on iOS devices, and vice versa. You will see an alert upon OS change detection, and will be guided to cancel your Monthly Coin Premium from the 'Subscriptions' page on the App Store / Google Play.
