My Coins were charged incorrectly.

  1. You will not be charged a second time if your purchase encountered technical problems. Check your Coin Purchase/Use History on the ‘My Series’ tab to track your purchases.
  2. Additionally, please check whether you are comparing Coins within the same OS, instead of between different OS environments:
    • Android: Coins purchased on Android devices can only be used on the WEBTOON app for Android. These Coins are not interchangeable with Coins purchased on iOS devices. They cannot be accessed or used on iOS devices.
    • iOS: Coins charged on iOS devices can only be used on the WEBTOON app for iOS. These Coins are not interchangeable with Coins purchased on Android devices. They cannot be accessed or used on Android devices.
