You are only charged when your purchase is processed successfully. If your Coin balance does not update after your purchase, try restarting the app or waiting 24-48 hours. Sometimes purchases can take up to 48 hours to process for a variety of reasons.
You should be able to see your updated Coin balance on the ‘Coin Shop’ page. If your balance is still not updated after 24-48 hours, please get in touch with our Community Support team so that we can investigate the issue further.
