• Login account
• Country
• Device (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S8+, iPhone X, iPad 9.7, Kindle Fire HD8)
• OS & OS version (e.g., Android 8.0.0, iOS 11.3.1) 
• WEBTOON app version (Settings > About > App Version)
• Network Connection
