1. Clear cache in the WEBTOON App
- Tap ‘MORE’ on the bottom right of the home screen
- Tap ‘SETTING’ then under ‘OPTIONS’, tap ‘Clear Cache
2. Check the network connection
- The WEBTOON app may not function correctly when your network connection is unstable. Please contact your network service provider if you are unable to connect to your network.
3. Delete and reinstall the app
-If all other recommendations do not resolve the issue, we recommend reinstalling the WEBTOON app.
