My history, subscriptions and coins disappeared.

Check to see if you are logged in to the correct account. It's possible that either:​
1. You accidentally created a new account by signing in via social media (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc), while the original account uses email login, or vice versa. To access your original account, please login using the correct sign in method that was used for the original account.​
2. Reading history is stored on device, not on your account. If you recently upgraded your device, or re-installed the WEBTOON app, your reading history is reset. However, all your subscriptions should be available.
If you are using an iPhone, it's possible that you used the guest-user feature to purchase Coins. However, Coins purchased using iOS guest login are not saved to a WEBTOON account, and therefore lost if you logged out. Additionally, user support may be limited without a WEBTOON account.
