If the app continues to crash after an update, please try the following steps:
1. Clear cache in the WEBTOON App
Tap MORE on the bottom right of the home screen
Tap SETTING then under OPTIONS, tap Clear Cache
2. Delete and reinstall the app
If all other recommendations do not resolve the issue, we recommend reinstalling the WEBTOON app.
