If you purchased Coins on the EN platform but have set another language in the app, your Coins might not appear. Please: Check and adjust your app language settings to match the platform where the purchase was made.
5. iOS Guest User:
If you are using an iOS device and made a purchase or read episodes as a guest user:
Please note that any activity, including Coin purchases, made in guest mode are not saved to any account and will be lost if you log out. Unfortunately, user support for guest transactions can be limited.
6. Purchase wasn't completed:
It's possible your payment was not processed properly due to a technical issue between your payment attempt and Apple Pay. Therefore, no Coins will be added to your account. In this case, you will not actually be charged because your payment was not processed. If the payment has not been cancelled or refunded, please contact Apple Pay or Google Play directly.
